Most days are rather mundane, at least for me. Yes, I find gelato creation emotionally rewarding, but those days consume a small portion of each week. Today, however, was definitely a departure from “mundane”. You see. I had the good fortune to meet up with a dear friend of almost 50 years. We had lunch together and shared the salient features of the past few years that otherwise would remain two separate mysteries. It was a reminder that we can be more than mere passersby living complex, vivid lives each populated with distinct, but separate ambitions, routines, and friends. Thank you Terry, I promise to endeavor to blend our lives together once again.
